At Wakuli Koffie, we want you to enjoy every cup; however, due to the perishable nature of our fresh-roasted beans, we can only accept returns on non-food items or incorrect orders within 14 days.

Return Process

    Reach out to our customer service team via email with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.

    Verification

    We will review your request and, if applicable, provide a return shipping label for damaged equipment or incorrect coffee shipments.

  • 3.
    Package Your Item

    Ensure the product is in its original packaging and securely sealed to prevent damage during transit back to our roastery.

  • 4.
    Refund Processing

    Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund or send out a replacement bag of fresh beans immediately.
