How fresh is the coffee when it arrives?
We roast our beans in small batches and ship them within 48 hours of roasting to ensure you experience the full flavor profile and aroma at its peak.
What is the shelf life of your specialty coffee?
For the best experience, we recommend consuming your coffee within 4 to 6 weeks of the roast date. Always store your beans in a cool, dark place in an airtight container.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email to monitor your delivery status.
Do you offer coffee subscriptions?
Yes! You can subscribe to your favorite blends or single-origin beans and save 10% on every order. You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account.
Can I return my coffee if I don't like it?
As coffee is a perishable food item, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order or if the product is damaged, please contact us within 14 days for a resolution.
Are your coffee beans ethically sourced?
Absolutely. We work directly with farmers to ensure fair pay and sustainable farming practices, cutting out unnecessary middlemen to provide a better price for both the farmer and the consumer.
